Join the Team!

• Every investigation starts with a client interview. This interview will cover the clients experiences and give us a good idea of the situation that is occurring.
• Next, we look into the history of the site. Have there been any incidents that have occurred in the past that may have lent themselves to a haunting?
• Once the historical investigation is complete, we will contact the client and set up a date for the investigation.
• On the day of the investigation, we will arrive at the pre-determined time in a discrete manner. Our team will be professional and courteous at all times.
• The team leader on site will introduce his/her self to the client and arrange a tour of the site. The tech specialist and/or other members of the team may accompany the team lead on the tour.
• While the tour is being conducted, the remainder of the team will be setting up equipment and taking base temperature and EMF (Electro-Magnetic Field) readings.
• Once the tour is complete, the team lead will meet with the rest of the team and review the "hot spots" and results of the tour.
• At this time, the investigation will begin.

After the investigation, the team will review the results of the investigation and forward them to the team lead. The team lead will compile a report from these results.

Within 10 days following the investigation, the team lead will contact the client and arrange a date and time to reveal the results and findings of the team.

On the day of the "reveal", the team lead will arrive on site at the agreed upon time with a complete report of all results found during the investigation. The client will be shown all audio, video and other appropriate evidence at this time.

The team lead will then advise the client as to whether their site is "haunted", "not haunted" or "requires further investigation".

No evidence found during any investigation will be published in any forum unless we are given the express, written consent of the client.

Should the site require further investigation, the team lead will arrange a date and time for a second investigation at the time of the reveal.
